MARCI
Accomplished Vocalist and Entertainer
Marci is a singer, songwriter, and producer in Cincinnati.
Marci’s sound is a combination of Erykah Badu, Jill Scott, and Lauryn Hill meets Billie Holiday - an infusion of Soul & Jazz. Marci was discovered by Clyde Brown of Clyde Brown Productions. With Clyde’s inspiration and the support of the Clyde Brown Band family, Marci is now leading this carefully curated high energy R&B/Jazz/Pop band, Marci and The Vibe Band.
Marci sings with the Freedom Conductor Ensemble of the Cincinnati Opera, The Kentucky Symphony Orchestra, and the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra. Marci is a Special Education Para Professional for Princeton City Schools and a traveling teaching artist for The Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati. Marci believes music is a healing tool which she regularly applies within her community at nursing facilities and churches. Marci is a mother of two and was born to a family of musicians. Daughter of nationally recognized recording artist, Eddie Hedges, of Blessed Union of Souls, Marci is excited to bring her gifted voice and energy into every private party, wedding reception, and corporate event in the Greater Cincinnati area and beyond.
